Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your section, maintaining consistency and exceptional standards.
· Supervise and support the kitchen team, providing guidance and training as needed.
· Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs on menu development, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Manage inventory and work closely with the kitchen team to minimize food waste and control costs.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
· Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various international cuisines.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to continuous learning.
· Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.
