We're looking for a Catering Sales Trainee to join our Sales team at Grand Hyatt Barcelona , supporting local catering sales and coordinating small events. This internship is a perfect mix of sales and event coordination , giving you hands-on experience in the world of luxury hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

· Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication.
· Coordinate and manage small events, ensuring every detail is perfect.
· Collaborate with operational teams (Kitchen, Banquets, AV) to guarantee flawless execution.
· Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate event records.
· Learn how to create exceptional experiences for our guests while working in a luxury environment.

Qualifications :

What We're Looking For

·  Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
·  Available full-time for 6 months, starting in February/March.
·  Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
·  Organized, proactive, and passionate about events and hospitality.
·  Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or school.
