Job Summary
As a Butler - Villa Host at Dubai Creek Resort, you will be the embodiment of refined hospitality, providing bespoke services to villa guests with discretion and professionalism. You will act as a personal liaison, ensuring every detail of the guest's stay is flawlessly executed—from pre-arrival arrangements to in-villa dining and special occasions. Your role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences that reflect the highest standards of the Hyatt brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver courteous, professional, and flexible service in line with Park Hyatt Dubai standards
• Coordinate guest preferences, flight arrangements, and special requests prior to arrival
• Provide personalized check-in/check-out services directly in the villa
• Manage in-villa dining, special occasion setups, and guest amenities
• Maintain regular communication with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with efficiency and empathy
• Monitor villa allocations, occupancy, and guest recognition programs
• Ensure accurate guest profile updates and registration in Opera system
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of admin desk, pantry, and villa surroundings

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or guest services role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging demeanor
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored experiences
• Proficient in Opera or similar hotel management systems
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work across departments
• Knowledge of local attractions, services, and cultural etiquette
