Job description

・食器洗浄業務（食器の仕分け、片付け、洗浄業務）
・レストラン、宴会で使用する什器、備品の補充および管理
・破損状況報告書の記録
・衛生管理（洗浄機等）
・繁忙時のレストラン下げもの等のヘルプ
・各種マニュアル作成（作業手順、レシピ等）
・スタッフのトレーニング、人材育成等

· Dishwashing operations (sorting, clearing, and washing dishes)
· Replenishment and management of utensils and equipment used in restaurants and banquets
· Recording of damage reports
· Hygiene management (including dishwashing machines)
· Assisting with clearing tables during peak hours in the restaurant
· Creation of various manuals (work procedures, recipes, etc.)
· Staff training and human resource development
