Hyatt Regency Birmingham is ideally located in the heart of the city centre, adjacent to Symphony Hall and within walking distance of the International Convention Centre (ICC), Brindley Place, and the Bullring shopping centre. This contemporary four-star hotel offers direct access to the vibrant canal-side area and is a short stroll from Birmingham New Street Station. The hotel features 319 spacious guest rooms and suites, 12 versatile event spaces, a modern restaurant, a traditional pub-style bar, and a luxurious spa with an indoor pool and fitness centre.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include serving food and beverage orders and fulfilling guest requests while maintaining efficient, high-quality service in line with our hotel standards. You will also have opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other facilities and services offered by the hotel. The position offers flexible working arrangements on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
· Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
· Upsell and promote hotel facilities and services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications :

About you:

You will have experience in a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be welcoming and attentive. We are looking for team players who are proactive in their duties and strive for career progression.
