グランド ハイアット 東京 宿泊部における研修担当者（宿泊部トレーナー）として以下の業務をお任せ致します

・豊富な経験と深い理解を持ち、効果的な研修プログラムの設計・実施・評価を行う
・ハウスキーピング、フロントデスク、ベルサービス、グランドクラブなど、宿泊部門のオペレーションに
　精通し、各部門のニーズに合わせた研修を行う
・研修を通じてサービス品質と業務の一貫性を高め、顧客満足度スコアの向上を目指す
・研修活動の強化とスタッフ知識の向上により、生産性を高め、部門の財務目標をサポートする
・宿泊部門全体の研修及び人材育成を統括し、継続的な学習と成長を促す組織文化を推進する

- Strong experience and understanding the role of training manager
- Stong knowleage of Rooms department such Housekeeping, Front Desk, Front Service, Grand Club, etc.
- Responsible for driving customer satisfaction score through training
- Responsbile for achieving departmental financial goals by enforcing training activities and staff knowledge
- Responsible for Rooms Divisiton training and people development
- Able to assist the Division on during busy period

Qualifications :

・ビジネス会話レベルの英語力
・基本的なPCスキル(タイピング、メール、Microsoft Word、Excel)
・協調性・コミュニケーション能力
・広い視野・ホスピタリティマインド
・リーダーシップスキル

- Business level English
- Microsoft Word、excel /Basic PC skills (typing, emails, Microsoft word , excel)
- Good team worker with communication still
- A broader perspective and hospitality minded
- Leadership skill
