Business Analyst – ASPAC Region

Location: Preferred GZ, Open to All ASPAC

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the performance, compliance, and efficiency of our global contact centers, with a focus on the ASPAC region. This role is essential in analyzing trends, building impactful reports, and delivering insights that drive operational excellence. What you'll do:

Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews by creating visuals, analyzing trends, and presenting key findings.

Analyze workload efficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

·
Develop and refine reports that effectively “tell the story” of contact center performance.

·
Present data and insights clearly to GCC leadership and key stakeholders.

·
Extract data from SQL databases and other front-end applications to compile reports and analysis.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Experience:

· 
Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing financial and performance data (2-3 years preferred).

· 
1+ years of hands-on experience developing data visualizations, with proficiency in at least one tool from the SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense ecosystems.

· 
Demonstrated expertise in SQL programming, including query optimization (e.g., multi-table JOINs, recursive queries, etc.).

Education:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred.

Computer Skills:

· 
Strong skills in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint are required.

· 
Experience running SQL queries is preferred.

· 
Experience with BI tools such as SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI is preferred.
