Job description
As the Beverage Manager you will lead the bars operations, delivering an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service, an innovative beverage program, and a refined ambiance. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the hotel’s reputation for quality and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
· Oversee daily bars operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury standards.
· Develop and maintain an inspiring beverage menu featuring craft cocktails, premium spirits, fine wines, and other signature offerings.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
· Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of bars supplies and beverages.
· Maximize profitability through cost control, waste reduction, and creative revenue-driving initiatives.
2. Guest Experience:
· Cultivate a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel's luxury ethos.
· Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address feedback, and enhance their experience.
· Lead staff in delivering personalized and memorable service to exceed guest expectations.
3. Team Leadership:
· Recruit, train, and mentor a professional and passionate bars team, fostering growth and retention.
· Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and inspire excellence.
· Manage team schedules, performance reviews, and conflict resolution in line with hotel policies.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proven experience as Bar Manager or Mixologist in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale bar setting.
· Expertise in mixology, wine, and spirits, with relevant certifications preferred.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Advanced knowledge of bar equipment, trends, and industry best practices.
· Ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining poise and professionalism.
· Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
· Advanced English C1
