The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Stewarding, you will ensure the efficient and hygienic operation of the Stewarding department.

This hands on, operational role is the key to the success of our award winning Culinary and Food & Beverage Teams. While you will motivate and develop junior stewarding team members, you will also gain leadership skills and experience. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure our cleanliness standard exceeds HACCP and food safety regulations, as well as organisation, planning and time management to maintain our internal workflows.

You will take lead on ensuring the hotel continually maintains and delivers all hygiene standards.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Previous Supervisor/Management experience in a similar role
· Previous experience working in a large operation
· Working knowledge of HACCAP
· Excellent grooming and personal presentation
· Effective communication skills
· Full valid Australian working rights
