Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager is responsible to assist the Food and Beverage leader in managing the McFarland House as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the restaurant’s operating concept and brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
· Outstanding interpersonal skill, dynamic, playful and entertaining
· Highly creative thinking, work well under pressure and full of team spirit
· Good Command in English and computer skills
· Strong organizational skills to ensure a smooth and consistent top notch service
