Assistant Front Office Manager

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Address guest enquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
· Collaborate with Guest Experience Manager, villa hosts and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and Alila moments.
· Monitor HySat reviews to enhance guest satisfaction.
· To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of World of Hyatt program to elevate guest experience and loyalty.
· Train, coach, and mentor front office associates to leverage their skills and performance.
· Supervise associates within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
· Monitor and maintain front office systems and procedures to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
· Assist in the formulation of annual operating budget and manage financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and expenses of the front office department.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree is required; preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
· Minimum of two-three years of supervisory or management experience in Front Office is required.
· Excellent operational and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in computer knowledge and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Microsoft Office and Fusion).
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage.
· Problem-solving skills to handle guest issues and operational challenges.

· Flexible and detail oriented
· Ability to work in a remote location (Island life) / Previous experience in the Maldives will be an added advantage.
