§ 在餐饮总监缺勤的情况下紧密配合行政委员会确保餐饮部一直高效和经济的运转并且支持其它部门的要求,使设备得到适当的维护。

Represents Food & Beverage on the hotel executive Committee in the absence of the Division Head of Food & Beverage ensures the efficient & economic operation of the Food & Beverage Division providing service and support to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment in optimum condition.

§ 协助主持部门常规会议并且确保会议是有计划的、高效的并且是以结果为导向。

Assist in conducting regular divisional meetings ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficient and results-oriented.

§ 如有需要,出席所有会议并给于贡献。

Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.

§ 熟悉相关法律,理解并且严格执行劳动合同中的规定和条款以及员工手册和酒店规定中明确的消防、卫生、健康、安全和紧急情况处理等程序。

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Collective Labour Agreement, Associate Handbook and the hotels policies concerning Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety and Emergency situation

§ 处理客人以及员工的疑问,报告不能及时解决的投诉或者问题,同时反馈跟进的期限。

Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

§ 对包括福利、安全、发展和对员工承诺、辅导和真实的给与反馈。

Take an active involvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and well being of associates providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

§ 遵守当地法律并且对于本部门有关的法律事项始终保持一致并且积极行动。

To comply with local legislation and be conversant and act in accordance with any legal issues relating to your department.

§ 维持正面与客人和同事的接触和工作关系。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.

To ensure that all associates are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of employment, local legislation, and company/hotel polices and procedures.
