With dedicated GPS Sales and Client management team providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC GPS helps customers to well manage their Global Payments Solutions.

Principal Areas of Accountability:
To implement the solutions from regional/global and domestic mandates. To impress upon customers the importance of the implementation process and strategically position our ability to deliver expeditiously as a cornerstone of our cash management strategy. Ongoing to ensure implementation process is efficient and effective and to differentiate HSBC from the competition with a view to maximizing cash management revenue in Taiwan and in the region/global. A broad knowledge of the business environment both locally and throughout the region/global and close working relationship with Product/Sales Teams, Operations, Legal and Tax and RMs.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure that implementation is conducted in a professional and effective manner, and resources optimally allocated. To seek continuous improvement to upgrade the service level of implementation and enhance relationship management so as to build a long term cash management customer relationship. The ultimate goal is to extend the strength and reputation of HSBC’s implementation function in Taiwan and throughout the region/global to maintain HSBC’s competitive edge, thereby contributing to building HSBC as the premier cash management service provider across the world.
Major Challenges:
Be able to effectively manage the client implementation process. In this respect, the job-holder is expected to be familiarize with complexities of the various deals including but not limited to customer’s operating environment and the regulatory framework, and ensure a balanced strategic management of key stakeholders expectations.
Information
· University graduate with a relevant business degree.
· With strong and diverse knowledge of the products, services, systems, procedures and operations in the banking industry
· Be self-motivator who can work independently.
· Capable of supporting management in overall execution of the business strategic plan
· Team player and ability to work with other stakeholders
· Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
· Solid project management skills and attention to details.
· Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
· Strong external orientation, commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
