We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee.  

Business: Technology COO

Principal responsibilities

·  Collaborate with project managers to monitor COO-related project milestones and deliverables.
·  Assist in organizing and promoting internal projects, including preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials.
·  Help organize external events, including outreach activities and university partnerships.
·  Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project execution.
·  Assist in managing project budgets, track expenses, and summarize financial dmata to ensure budget compliance.

Requirements

·  Current students enrolled in universities in Xi’an, from a Double First-Class/985/211 institution preferred, majoring in Business Administration, Project Management, or Computer Science with an interest in non-technical roles.
·  Strong organizational and time management skills, with some understanding or experience in external relations, project management, and budget management.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·  Able to work both in teams and independently.
