We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Retail Business Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Support the formulation of business forecast, financial resources plan and strategic plan to drive on-going deliverables
·  Prepares materials for Retail Banking Product Governance Committee’s and follow up on action points
·  Support the Senior Retail Business Manager on strategy formulation and any other ad hoc tasks
·  Support the retail product teams across a wide spectrum of projects and activities as required including risk and governance and internal controls
·  Provide financial management and support and enable retail product teams to deliver key priorities and objectives of the Business
·  Provide administrative support within the team

Requirements

·  Degree-level qualification in a related discipline
·  Solid work experience preferably with knowledge of retail banking products and bank operations
·  Sound analytical, problem solving, project management and presentation skills
·  Strong risk control and compliance mind-set
·  Great sense of ownership, self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Good application of Microsoft office, Power Point and Excel
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
