We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

·  Lead and oversee a global discipline in the Service-Line by setting clear direction, defining implementation steps and driving standard practices and know-how in business solutions design globally engaging all parts of the Service Line.
·  Lead the business analyst activities as part of the DevOps/Agile methodology delivering to all immediate business needs and at the same time adhere to modernized products such as API, Seeburger
·  Work in conjunction with all other functions in the Service Line to govern and jointly execute the Bank’s strategy, and to transform the Service line into a global product-oriented organization.
·  Participate and give suggestions on clear choice adhering to Group Standards and Guidelines. Understand the requirement and Identifying gaps if any.
·  Work with Team Leads / Solution architect to understand the design and project plans.
·  Act as management escalation point for business solution design and requirement related activities to facilitate resolution.
·  External stakeholder management as applicable. Manage and Own the product delivery roadmap of the service line.
·  Be aware of the ATP order-book and projects in pipeline. Ensuring there is adequate staffing to complete the required analysis work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Hands-on experience in IT service and delivery management. Strong technical knowledge in IBM Mainframe and WTX, Seeburger, C:D and MQ
·  Should have worked in DevOps team and well versed with Agile Framework.
·  Management skill in a global matrix organization and ability to lead and manage by leadership influence rather than direct command and control.
·  Knowledge and proven experience in Banking Systems and business operations knowledge is a must. In-depth experience in any Banking business domain is an advantage.
·  Awareness of the global payment systems and new innovations in the global payments industry. Experience in working with global stakeholders and teams spread across geographical regions.
·  Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, project management and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think long-term with a strategic vision.
·  Able to work independently and manage multiple technical projects. Able to work effectively with teams in multiple locations / countries. Strong navigation skills and ability to understand business requirements.
·  Sensitive to numbers from a business perspective. Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility. Product owner Certification is good to have
