We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Owner: Global Social Network Analytics (GSNA) Platform - Financial Crime 

  Principal Responsibilities

·  Ensure that technical aspects of the product, such as architecture, performance, and security, meet quality standards and follow best practices.
·  Plan and address scalability and performance requirements as the product grows and evolves.
·  Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and framework to determine if they can enhance the product’s capabilities or improve development efficiency.
·  Monitor and manage technical debt, making decisions about when to address it and when to prioritize new feature development.
·  Collaborate with the development team to plan releases and ensure that technical milestones are met within the specified timelines. Apply expected / agreed agile practices and ceremonies, and be advocate of the agile way of working, communicate/educate stakeholders and to business (where required)
·  Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system, and Application Programming Interface (API) documentation.
·  Oversee data-related aspects, including data storage, processing, privacy, and security considerations. Planning product development activity based on allocated development budget. Participating on estimation of required budget for Program deliverables
·  Perform effective stakeholder engagement and user interaction at all levels leading to informed and well-judged trade-offs and priority decisions to maximize business benefit.
·  Map all deliveries to business value and ensure holistic picture is being communicated to development teams and stakeholders.
·  Implement and design sufficient control environment and clearly identify risk mitigating actions, report and escalate the risk on a timely manner.

Requirements

·  Proven Product Ownership/ Project Management experience in a complex global environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
·  Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus etc. preferable. Exposure to DevOps, Agile tools and Exposure to development, production support and evergreening processes, Knowledge of CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment).
·  Candidate should be able to lead and track technical tasks, production issues independently and present status to management.
·  Accountable to ensure smooth production deployment process and addressing impediments to development process by working with technology partners.
·  Responsible of environment downtime / incidents and prioritizing the issues for resolution.
·  Knowledge of compliance processes like transaction monitoring and investigation (desirable).
·  Hands-on applications architecture and development based on modern technical stacks, across risk and compliance products and micro services framework. Hands on experience of deployment pipeline, development, automation techniques (desirable)
·  Proven ability in leading technology teams using agile methodology and nurturing the talent. (desirable)
·  Clear understanding and experience of the business requirements and should be able to translate the technical requirement in outcome / Epic and Stories.
·  Investigative and/or intelligence experience covering a wide range of financial crime threat areas, including experience with ‘Big Data’ technologies (desirable)
