We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist .
Business: CTO
Principal responsibilities
· Refine and drive transformation project governance process for platform performance, resilience and smooth BAU transition.
· CICD: Terraform, Python, Ansible, Github, Jenkins & Confluence.
· Software / Hardware Partners - BMC, Service NOW, CISCO, IBM, CA, HP, Broadcom, Microsoft, RedHat, Oracle to name some.
· Refine and drive transformation project governance process for platform performance, resilience and smooth BAU transition.
· End to End delivery of complex technical initiatives / projects.
· Manage technical scope of the project from inception to closure.
· Lead and bring together SMEs to manage and resolve complex technical issues.
· Set-up and manage teams (PODs) from varied disciplines to deliver timely products.
· Ensure technical decisions are made by the right SMEs and in timely manner.
· Manage clear communication with senior management and ExCo.
· Act as an advocate between service delivery and customer.
· Be able to priorities deliveries based on customer demand.
· Participate in change control management process.
· Leading technical teams and pioneering cross function collaboration.
· Manage technical escalations and conflicts.
· Manage cross domain technical blockers through effective collaboration.
· Project Management and Financial accounting.
· Stakeholder Management.
· Manage Project RAID log.
· Create and manage project plan, requirements, and resources.
· Manage Agile ceremonies, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements
· Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
· Proficient in Project Management Skills.
· Experience in setting up mission teams with geographically dispersed teams.
· Experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects with Global reach.
· Experience in navigating complex organizations.
· Experience in understanding / digesting complex technical issues rapidly and efficiently.
· Experience in directing cross functional technical teams.
· Highly desirable to have background in engineering and / or architecture.
· Be able to clearly convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
· Expert knowledge of Infrastructure components and technologies.
· Delivery knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
· Proficient knowledge of mobilizing complex projects.
· Proven stakeholder management skills.
· Proven Vendor Management Skills.
· Agile ceremonies and proficient in Agile tools.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
