We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

·  Responsible for delivering within the global sourcing model to enable resource demand and supply in support of Program demand
·  Work closely with Product Owners to align Agile Teams to a Global Business / Function Product pipeline 
·  Co-ordinates activities within a delivery team which may consist of more than one team, collaborating with the Technical Product Manager to negotiate technical dependencies
·   Manage relationships and coordinate work activities (including suppliers / subcontractors)
·   Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to Program Manager and/or steering committees and make recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
·   Working with the Product Owner and Technical Product Manager to establish effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product, in line with the Group Risk and Controls framework.
·  Principal Accountabilities:  Key activities and decision-making areas

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Must have experience  and Good Knowledge about IT infra, OS, Middle ware products, Network, Data Bases, IT Service Resilience, Patching and vulnerability Management, Stake holder and IT Infrastructure Delivery Management
·  Engagement and buy-in for project approach with level 5 –6 Managers 
·  Collaboration and Clear Direction with level 6 –8 Delivery Partners 
·  Project Manager will lead projects of small to medium scale. 
·  Project Manager will lead projects of low to medium complexity. 
·  Project Manager will lead a number of projects depending upon the complexity and scale; typically, 4-8 projects. 
·  The Project Manager must devise a stakeholder management strategy to perform effective stakeholder management for a range of people ranging from level 4 executives through to level 8 engineers. 
·  Must have experience  and Good Knowledge about IT infra, OS, Middle ware products, Network, Data Bases, IT Service Resilience, Patching and vulnerability Management, Stake holder and IT Infrastructure Delivery Management
