We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Human Resource - Operations Analyst
Principal Responsibilities:
· Process customer instructions as per the agreed Standard Operating Procedures
· Adhere TAT as per daily / monthly agreed PLAs for all General Processing Activities
· Provide accurate MI with Analysis
· Adhoc & Monthly standard reports are completed on time.
· Building and maintaining relationship with internal customers and vendors
· Resolve employee queries related to HR.
· Operational Effectiveness & Control
· Reduce operational losses by % - Nil Ops Loses
· Ensure there are no High Risk or Repeat audit findings during Group Audits, Compliance reviews or ICD reviews.
Requirements
· Good communication skills
· HR qualification / prior experience in HR
· Good interpersonal skills
· Customer Oriented
· Good analytical ability
· Eye for detail
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Ability to work under constant pressure.
