We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant – 12 months.
Principal Responsibilities

To deliver day to day business and administrative support to the relevant teams and provide personal assistance to senior members in their daily work. The role will also focus on working closely with co-workers within the department to ensure proper administrative policies and standards are being followed, and initiate procedures and enhance communications being done in an effective and efficient manner

To perform as a line manager to the assigned Personal Assistants by leading them through clear planning, directions and communication, and to keep up with their roles and responsibilities
·
To act as coordinator on all administrative issues as well as a DBIRO member and BCP coordinators' role
· Any ad hoc administrative tasks as required

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability in dealing with clients at all levels
· Proven ability to work collectively
· Effective time management and planning skills
· PC skills such as MS Office
·
Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese
