Corporate Communications

Hang Seng’s Corporate Communications Department formulates and executes compelling communications programmes that promote the Bank’s corporate image, products and services. It monitors public opinions about the Bank and ensures important messages are conveyed in a timely and effective manner, both internally and externally. The Department also helps safeguard Hang Seng’s brand and position as the leading domestic bank in Hong Kong by advising on reputational matters and strengthening relationships with its stakeholders.

 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Corporate Communications Manager.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

Strategic key message and corporate content

·  Support the development of key messages and narrative for various businesses and strategic communications initiatives
·  Support the development, update, and maintenance of corporate materials and literature (press release, speeches, corporate profile, video script, brochures etc)

Corporate Communications projects planning and execution

·  Work closely with other team members to plan and execute on corporate communications initiatives including community events, internal activities, press conferences, networking and hospitality initiatives, and other PR moments.
·  Take ownership of specific corporate communications projects, from planning, execution, resource management to reporting
·  Support in key stakeholder management, including internal management, staff, media, KOLs and other third party vendors 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

·  Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
·  Skilled in social media
·  A self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or public relations
