About The Role:

This  resource is  the responsible  to  coordinate  and ensure  the proper  delivery of  the  Education training  in the  assigned country.   In addition is responsible for manage the  backlog , manage and control all the  Purchase Orders & invoicing related  to  Education,    and  mainly  to  ensure the  consumption of  the  technical  training credits and Billing and  forecast  activities.

Responsibilities:

·  Collaborates with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance
·  Leads multiple projects and programs with global and cross-organizational program teams on needs assessment, development, implementation, reporting, etc
·  Completes small to large projects as assigned.
·  Manages program lifecycle from development to implementation.
·  Accountable for operational goals and the management of financial planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting.
·  In charge of creating and Tracking Purcharse Orders
·  Contributes to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving program operations.
·  Aligns program priorities with business and L&D strategies.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Typically 2-3 years experience in directly related business.
·  Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience .
·  English - advance level

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Validates with supplier and requests quotation/ Sends quotation to pursuit
·  Validates internal information (agreements, rules) on new Technology quotations
·  Send confirmations /Logistics Letters instructor -expired
·  Reserve/Change/Cancel Virtual labs
·  Buy eBook 
·  Monitors training and quality
·  Cancel and reprogram classes with fewer than 3 students for VILT calendar courses and fewer than 5 students for ILT calendar classes
·  Backlog: Control/Reviews educational sales report  (WW)
·  Reviews PO and contacts Customer  (validates dates and details)
·  Analyze weekly reporters of course satisfaction and provide information for the action plan 
·  Consumption Training Credit:
·  Schedule delivery the Training current and expired as an exception
·  Forecast:
·  Provide weekly  information amount $ revenue and cost for the classes will be delivery
