What you’ll do:
Job Description:
SAP BRIM Implementation for HPE’s digital transformation. This position will focus on implementing XaaS business models using BRIM. Come be a part of using the latest SAP technology and modernizing HPE’s processes and user experience!
This position requires XaaS business knowledge, direct interaction with business and functional teams, hands on system configuration expertise in SOM/SD, Pricing.
As a technical member of the SAP BRIM team you will assist the HPE XaaS team in planning, delivering and managing large, complex full life-cycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the space of transforming the business into new XaaS business motions. You will be responsible for leading, designing, building and delivering such initiatives.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· Understands and has experience with supporting an XaaS business.
· Conducts user grooming sessions and facilitates requirements gathering, functional and technical design, configuration, prototyping, integration with other applications
· Turns business requirements into technical deliverables
· Designs, prepares Functional and Technical Specifications
· Performs hands-on configuration and development
· Designs, prepares and executes unit tests
· Active participation in design workshops and the ability to guide business to utilizing standard SAP processes and translate business use cases into system requirements.
· Drives for adoption of standard solutions.
· Understand the e2e quote-to-cash processes within BRIM as well as the technology stack.
· Facilitates conversations to discover user’s needs, identifies requirements, gather feedback, resolves issues, identifies opportunities for IT to enhance the user's experience.
· Communication
· Establishes and maintains relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation leads.
· Excellent communication skills, including written and oral; with the ability to present to large groups with confidence. Communicates with senior executives on status and opportunities

· Ability to coordinate multiple development, testing, and production support efforts thru the SAP landscapes in an organized and controlled manner; demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and work cross-team with functional/project leads, business users

· Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team
· Proven ability to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems

What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree
· 7 years of implementing SAP and 2 years of BRIM implementation experience
· Hands-on experience in crafting / developing / maintaining highly scalable and resilient system in the XaaS business models
· Hands-on end-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in the areas of SD, Pricing. Certifications in SAP BRIM and SD or Pricing are preferable
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
· BRIM XaaS Revenue & Pricing models (Recurring Fees, One-time Fees, Bundled pricing, Variant pricing)
· Must have hands-on experience in the following areas:
· Familiar and well versed with SOM/SD set up of Document types Definition, Transaction types Definition, Item Categories Definition and Determination, Copy Controls, Status management, Document flow management supporting several types of Order to Cash & Subscription to Cash scenarios.
· Familiar with SD order management processes and it’s integrations with Logistics General, Logistics execution, Intercompany/Stock Transport orders & procurement processes.
· Familiar with SD Service contract management processes with integrations to technical object linkages such as Equipment’s and Functional Locations.
· Solution quote to subscription order and contract processes
· Pricing procedure setup and determination on Solution Quotations, Master Agreements, Subscription Orders and Subscription Contract management.
· Analysis and design of Condition technique and price determination using Condition Type definition, Access Sequence definition, Condition Tables & Pricing Types.
· Alternative Pricing Calculation Routines, Requirement routines, Alternative Condition base value routines, usage of subtotals, usage of Group conditions and Formulae’s, Cumulative conditions, Condition Exclusions, Variant conditions.
· Extensively worked on customized pricing calculations such as Allocation of calculated List prices & discounts across Bundled Components with Prorations and rounding calculations.
· Experience in User exits, BADI’s, Standard Pricing Function Modules and API’s including Pricing communication structures and Extensibility of Fields used in Pricing Enhancements.
· Extensively worked on Condition Contracts for Customer/Partners Discounts and Settlement management.
· Familiar with the Integration of SOM pricing List & Discounts to SAP CI Billing Plan and Integration of SOM Pricing List & Discounts to Master agreements.
· Familiar with Price Publication functionality of Prices to Customer & Partners to ecommerce & self-service marketplace portals supported in JSON format with Full and Delta price feeds.
· Interchange of SAP List & Net Pricing using ALE/IDOCs with other SAP and Non-SAP systems.
· Familiar with Production Configuration with Advance Variant Configuration using Pricing Factors for Variant Pricing.
· Must have deep understanding for the quote to cash processes for subscription order management including master data, solution quotes, Bundles, Sales Orders, Master Agreements, Provider contracts and product modelling.
· Hands on experience and end-to-end deep understanding with Subscription Order Management, Provider Orders, Provider Contracts, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing.
· Familiar with Solution Manager and transport management processes.
· Familiarity with BRIM SOM, CM, CI, RAR, FI-CA are a bonus. High-tech experience in Provider Orders, Provider Contracts, Convergent Charging & Invoicing, Convergent Mediation are advantageous.
