In a typical day as a Regional Marketing Admin Support, you would:

·  Assist with marketing operations and reporting, marketing leads management, event and campaign support and communication and digital marketing.
·  Be responsible for developing and managing relations with business, technology and channel partners to drive new business and grow existing business, evaluate sponsorships and sell with partners. Examples of partners: key reseller/retail accounts, independent software vendors, system integrators, component suppliers, trade associations and premium/incentive companies.
·  Assist with activities which encompass marketing programs/solutions to/through/with partners to create demand and incremental revenue for company offerings and to deliver differentiated company customer experiences and technology.
·  Assist partner(s) with and monitors delivery of the company experience. Manages/optimizes partner Market Development Funds (MDF), i.e., tracking availability/utilization of funds, developing and/or compliance with program terms, full leveraging of existing programs and proposals for new MDF-based initiatives.
·  Identify market requirements for targeted customer segments and/or industry verticals.
·  Collaborate with Marketing Communications/other teams to execute Marketing plans.
·  Secure/coordinate messaging and content for marketing programs and campaigns.
·  Support partner capabilities development to increase service delivery self-reliance.
·  Monitor execution of TPE/TCE versus pre-established plan.
·  Track program metrics versus predetermined goals/benchmarks.
·  May develop/communicate closed-loop post-analysis of assigned programs.
·  Perform marketing support activities as required, e.g., Siebel MRM/CRM, PO/accrual management, collateral fulfillment.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
·  0-3 years of marketing experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
·  Basic knowledge of marketing fundamentals and procedures.
·  Familiarity with offering category and company offerings/strategy.
·  Strong written/oral communications and analytical skills.
·  Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
·  Ability to influence and drive consensus
