Job Description:

   

The US Public Sector Digital Sales Representative is a quota-carrying role that focuses on a specific set of customers that are aligned to a field Account Manager. The Digital Sales Representative will routinely work with digital tools, external and internal resources to manage high velocity sales opportunities in support of financing schedules, HPE GreenLake embedded solutions, expansion into existing customers, and support activities for their assigned Account Managers. The Digital Sales Representative will support all HPE Financial Services’ capabilities within assigned accounts while working on fast paced tactical engagements. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities:

·  Account Management
·  Identifies areas to continuously improve, further standardize, and enhance the customer buying experience.
·  AUS Farming: Identify expansion opportunities within programmatic AUS customers.
·  Actively engage with all cross functional teams within the organization (GTM Execution, Portfolio, Service Excellence etc.) to help increase successful customer engagement as an end-to-end team.
·  Digital Dexterity:
·  Advance business outcomes leveraging technology, analytics, and digital tools.
·  Use internal and external digital tools to help build relationships quickly in a virtual environment.
·  Effectively use all HPEFS digital CRM platforms (Salesforce, Partner Connection etc.) to actively manage open pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast business results.
·  Lead Qualification
·  Advanced qualification of analytics identified leads to identify top potential opportunities for Account Managers
·  Identify and pass deals uncovered that are outside the scope of the Digital Sales
·  HPE GreenLake
·  Manage embedded financing support for HPE GreenLake opportunities.
·  Support Field Sellers
·  Backoffice Deal Support
·  SFDC Management
·  RFP Coordination
·  Research
·  Collaborate with different HPE/HPEFS functions.

Education and Experience:

·  3-5 years’ sales experience (Public Sector experience preferred).
·  Bachelor’s degree in IT or business-related field required.
·  Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
·  Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships virtually.
·  Successful execution and problem-solving skills.
·  Experience with digital tools preferred (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Enablement Platforms, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom etc.).

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Proficient digital acumen to leverage digital applications and tools to perform tasks efficiently as required.
·  Candidates who are goal-oriented and can thrive in an independent work environment.
·  Skilled in digital research skills to uncover information that can help generate customer insights to improve customer engagements.
·  Well-versed in digital and social selling skills to uncover potential leads in target accounts.
·  Comfortable working in a virtual environment using digital tools and resources to perform all sales responsibilities.
·  Proficient understanding of the company's portfolios of products and services
·  Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products, and services to solve business challenges.
·  Strong communication skills with virtual presentation skills.
·  Time Management and organizational skills are essential.

Annual Salary: $71,400.00 - $160,700.00
