Athonet, a Hewlett-Packard Enterprise acquisition, is one of the leaders in private 4G and 5G, with more than 450 private networks deployed worldwide. As part of the Athonet growth plan, we're looking to hire an experienced private networking sales specialist to cover both private networking in India, and to work with global SIs headquartered in India.

What you’ll do:

In this role as ‘Private Networks Sales Specialist, you will:

· 
Utilise expertise in private networks to seek out new opportunities for customer value by expanding and enhancing existing opportunities.

· 
Develop long term sales pipeline to increase market share in Athonet private 4G and 5G networks.

· 
Collaborate with and support Account Managers to provide specialist expertise within the sales team.

· 
Develop compelling customer proposals and create and grow reference customers.

· 
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C- level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

· 
Maintain expertise on IT at all levels - new applications, maintenance, budgets of the CIO's, objectives, measures, and metrics.

What you need to bring:

· 
Bachelor's degree in IT or similar. MBA is preferred.

· 
Experience in a similar private network sales specialist role for 3-5 years.

· 
Proven achievement of quota, sales, and acquisitions.

· 
Genuine desire to work in an emerging market segment to create meaningful partnerships.

· 
Ability and experience of operating at C level and building trusted relationships.
