As a Food and Beverage Administrator , you’re not just supporting the team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

·  Keeping operations running smoothly: Carry out daily administrative activities in line with Hilton standards, policies, and procedures
·  Supporting team development: Coordinate staff training, maintain accurate training records, schedule sessions, and assist with onboarding documentation
·  Enabling team success: Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to the Food & Beverage team
·  Managing communication: Ensure all correspondence, including communication with guests, owners, and corporate office, is handled professionally and promptly
·  Maintaining organisation: Manage filing systems, maintain accurate records, and oversee incoming and outgoing mail
·  Supporting operations behind the scenes: Ensure office and departmental supplies are well stocked and organised
·  Building strong relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
·  Driving standards and compliance: Adhere to security procedures and ensure a clean, organised, and professional work environment
·  Supporting continuous improvement: Assist with departmental projects and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or defects as required
