Role Summary/Purpose
In this role you will support Talent Acquisition activities in Finland. In addition to your support on wing to wing recruitment process, you will get the opportunity to leverage social media and work with Employer Branding. Your location will be in Helsinki and you will join a Nordic Talent Acquisition team of four colleagues located in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
Essential Responsibilities
· Support the team on providing world class Talent Acquisition service to GE business units in
Finland
· Use our recruitment systems to track and manage applications
· Provide ad-hoc operational support of assigned processes defined by TA team
· Help support GE’s diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles
· Leverage social media and work with Employer Branding
Qualifications/Requirements
· Student at applicable University or University of Applied Sciences
· Strong interest in HR/recruiting and willingness to create an exceptional hiring experience to candidates
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes at the same time
· Customer service focused mindset
· Fluent in English and Finnish, both written and oral
Desired Characteristics
· Some experience in recruiting
· Fluent in Swedish
· Knowledgeable with social media platforms for job advertising
· Build reputation as being reliable and of having strong business ethics
