Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming Goods ensuring accuracy and timeliness recording of data
- Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with all major stakeholders (colleagues, visitors,) in line with best practice, to ensure satisfaction with our service & to demonstrate commitment to our long-term presence
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction - if required, escalate to Logistics Supervisor/Team Leader
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns, providing timely and accurate information
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is always maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act and in line with Company where appropriate
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous Admin & Logistics experience
- Have effective communication skills
- Ability to solve problems in an effective manner
- Able to multitask
