The Opportunity 

When you join the GDS Learning Lab , you’ll be at the heart of EY’s critical mission to build a better working world by applying your knowledge, skills and experience in assisting clients in meeting their business objectives. Specifically, you will work with a dynamic and cross-functional team creating the content of behaviour-changing digital solutions for clients from our GDS Learning Lab. You will learn, grow and contribute—building new relationships and discovering the satisfaction that comes with producing high-quality, valued work and advice. 

Your Key Responsibilities  

The Content Producer is responsible for gathering, managing, and producing content for a variety of digital experiences. Primary responsibilities include reviewing and adapting source content materials, writing outlines and scripts of the digital training and assisting the production team in decisions regarding the courses’ overall look and feel. The Content Producer works closely with other Learning Lab professionals from the beginning of the project, when they help inform the user experience, until the end, when they test the final product. The Content Producer will also work directly with clients and project management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

· 
Experience in creative and technical writing (content writing, script writing, and journalism backgrounds are preferred over eLearning development)

· 
A bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience 

· 
Excellent teaming skills: adaptability toward new perspectives, working styles, personalities and cultures

· 
Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines simultaneously 

· 
Strong writing skills needed to develop content for a variety of end users

· 
Ability to write and edit an array of communications materials for internal stakeholders

· 
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and analytical skills; strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills 

· 
Excellent active listening skills 

· 
Flexibility and ability to work with a distributed team

· 
Basic time and personal management skills: keeping up with personal and team deadlines, managing general availability, etc.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (succinct, consumable, visual, relevant and with quality)

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal  

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)  

· 
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite is a plus

· 
Relevant professional experience is desirable, particularly in performing large-scale projects in marketing, editing, publishing or other related fields
