Job purpose
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing family tree validation support to EMEIA independence team. This person shall be responsible for end to end process of family tree validation including
· Information gathering from engagement teams on the most recent legal structure of their listed audit clients
· Organizing the data in the validation format
· Reconcile the client file vis-à-vis the family tree in Global Independence System d/b to arrive at the list of modifications
· Research the entities to be added in internal / external databases
· Updating the family tree in global independence system
· Consulting & communicating with the engagement teams on their queries related to GIS as well as to solicit further information for successful completion of a tree validation exercise
· Preparing a reconciliation report at the end of validation exercise to demonstrate the accuracy of work done
· Provide feedback on improving the family tree validation process
· Supporting other GIS related ad-hoc requests
People / Project management responsibilities :
· Provides first point of contact for guidance to the team and only unanswered / new questions or queries are put to onshore team
· Identify training, learning & development opportunities for the team members
· Responsible for quality of output through internal review mechanisms
· Workflow allocation and ensuring delivery in agreed timelines
· Providing team members with performance feedback; helping counselor in completing periodic performance reviews
· Manage day-to-day administrative issues and communicating appropriately to the customers / project manager at GSS
· Responsible for Achieving customer satisfaction measures / project critical success factors
· Graduate with 2+ years of experience in a non-voice process of reputed companies
· PG with 1+ years of experience in a non-voice process of reputed companies
· Candidates with people management / team handling experience would be preferred
· Candidates with exposure to client interaction would be preferred
· Good academic background
· Good communication skills and good analytical skills
