Position Summary 

As a Transfer Pricing Senior, you will thoroughly and accurately analyze information, apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances. Subsequently, you will take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans. You will also develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas through timely and responsive services/work products and identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services. In addition, you will prepare documentation, participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs) and defend transfer pricing in audits. Managing the work of client service team members and participating in, and contributing to, attaining team goals will also be essential in your role. As an influential member of the team, you' will demonstrate a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work. You will also help to create a positive learning culture, coaching and counselling junior team members to help them develop.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

· 
Participate in transfer pricing engagements

· 
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

· 
Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

· 
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

· 
Build strong internal relationships with other members of the transfer pricing team and across other services

· 
Contribute to performance feedback for staff

· 
Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining transfer pricing professionals

· 
Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

· 
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements

 

· 
3+ years of Transfer Pricing experience

· 
Comfortable with the use of Amadeus database

· 
Fluency in both verbal and written English is required
