Job description

Looking for Consultant/Senior Consultant for our SC&O (Supply Chain & Operations) practice; to work on Supply Chain transformation engagements for our clients globally.

Responsibilities:
·  You will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects
·  Your primary roles will be (but not limited to) to:
·  Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
·  Review and validate data and further build optimization models
·  Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables
·  Prepare client reports

Required Skills:
·  MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing/Finance) from Tier-1 institutes with 6-8 years of relevant business/consulting experience
·  Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of different areas in SCM – Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Demand & Supply, Transportation/Network
·  Experience with Analytics tools will be an added plus (Llamasoft, Supply Chain Strategist, R Analytics etc.) – Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Spend Analytics
·  Effective communication skills and experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions 
·  A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
·  Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
·  Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused
·  Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
