About the Opportunity

As a Project Management Professional, you will hold the overall responsibility and accountability for technology implementation projects for our clients. He/she should work in partnership with the project team and the client stakeholders to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.

You will be a key member of the team, dedicated to maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and other stakeholders. You will assist our team in engaging current and prospective clients because you strongly believe that they will benefit your input. You will form a crucial part of our project teams for the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

·  Responsible for the start to end of a project life cycle
·  Work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met
·  Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables or revisions to the project from the project sponsor and stakeholders
·  Resolve outstanding issues to ensure there are no roadblocks to the project delivery
·  Meet the needs of stakeholders in accordance to the project schedule
·  Establish and maintain long-term relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
·  Consistently deliver quality client services
·  Monitor progress, manage risk and provide constant updates to key stakeholders about progress and expected outcomes
·  Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
·  Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs

To Qualify for the role, you must have

·         A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or Engineering

·         Minimum 5 years in IT project management in IT in organisations delivering projects with stakeholders that span across at least 3 departments/divisions

·         Prior experience managing teams of at least 5 – 10 staff

·         Certification or formal training in project management e.g. PRINC2, PMP, is an advantage

·         Prior experience in Project Management in technology or implementation projects will be advantageous

·         Solution-oriented with “go-getter” personality

·         The ability to think out of the box

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

·         Good understanding of technology and system implementation concepts

·         Good understanding of technical aspects of system integration in a mix technology environment.

·         Experience working in multicultural teams

·         Willingness to travel on overseas assignment on need-to basis
