GlobalCompliance andReportingisan integratedsuiteofTaxandAccountingservicesthatEYprovidestoour multinationalclients.GCRofferstheeaseofmanagingcompliance®ulatoryfilingsby: 

a)      Takingcareofthecomplexityofregulatoryaffairsacrossmultiplejurisdictions b)      Centrallymanagingtheglobalcomplianceandreportingactivities 

c)      Controllingthecostofmanagingcomplianceacrossvariouscountries 

 

EachclientisreferredtoasanengagementandtheGCS team isresponsibleforensuringthedeliveryasperthe servicelevelagreements.Globally,taxandaccountspreparationactivitiesareconductedmostlyinthelocal 
countriesandhencerequiresawidenetworkofEYprofessionalstoworktogethertodelivertotheclient 
expectations.Acentralteam(GCS)workswiththisglobalnetworkofEYprofessionalstoensureclient’s 
complianceandreportingobligationsacrosstheglobearemetontime.TheGCSteamprojectmanagesthe 
engagementandtogetherwiththeclientfacingteamsinAmericas,EMEIAandAsiapacformstheservice 
managementofficefortheclient 

 

Jobpurpose: 

  HandleaportfolioofGCRclientsandateamofanalysts 

  Actasthefirstpointofescalationrelatingtoqualityandservicedelivery 

  WorkwithGlobalEngagementManagersandCoordinatorstoensureengagementsaremanaged effectively 

andefficiently 

   Understandclientrequirementsandensureengagementprocessesmeetrequirements 

   Identifypain areasinthe processesandcreate enablerstoovercomeprocessissues 

   Applyprojectmanagementconceptstomanageengagementdelivery 

   Monitorandflagengagementandpeopleissuestolocalandengagementleadership 

   Identifyservicedeliveryand processgapswhich canbefixedtoimproveservicedelivery 
   Consultwithoffshoreteamsonbestpracticesforengagementsetupandmanagement 

   ResponsibleforthecustomersatisfactionscoresoftheportfolioPeopleaspects: 

   ActastheSPOCfortherespectiveclientfacingteams 

   Manageservicedeliveryexpectationsforyourengagementportfolio

Technicalskillsrequirements:

   2to4yearsoftotalworkexperience
