GlobalCompliance andReportingisan integratedsuiteofTaxandAccountingservicesthatEYprovidestoour multinationalclients.GCRofferstheeaseofmanagingcompliance®ulatoryfilingsby:
a) Takingcareofthecomplexityofregulatoryaffairsacrossmultiplejurisdictions b) Centrallymanagingtheglobalcomplianceandreportingactivities
c) Controllingthecostofmanagingcomplianceacrossvariouscountries
EachclientisreferredtoasanengagementandtheGCS team isresponsibleforensuringthedeliveryasperthe servicelevelagreements.Globally,taxandaccountspreparationactivitiesareconductedmostlyinthelocal
countriesandhencerequiresawidenetworkofEYprofessionalstoworktogethertodelivertotheclient
expectations.Acentralteam(GCS)workswiththisglobalnetworkofEYprofessionalstoensureclient’s
complianceandreportingobligationsacrosstheglobearemetontime.TheGCSteamprojectmanagesthe
engagementandtogetherwiththeclientfacingteamsinAmericas,EMEIAandAsiapacformstheservice
managementofficefortheclient

HandleaportfolioofGCRclientsandateamofanalysts
Actasthefirstpointofescalationrelatingtoqualityandservicedelivery
WorkwithGlobalEngagementManagersandCoordinatorstoensureengagementsaremanaged effectively
andefficiently
Understandclientrequirementsandensureengagementprocessesmeetrequirements
Identifypain areasinthe processesandcreate enablerstoovercomeprocessissues
Applyprojectmanagementconceptstomanageengagementdelivery
Monitorandflagengagementandpeopleissuestolocalandengagementleadership
Identifyservicedeliveryand processgapswhich canbefixedtoimproveservicedelivery
Consultwithoffshoreteamsonbestpracticesforengagementsetupandmanagement
