Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

· 
协助上级领导对公司培训体系和培训效果进行评估,不断完善培训方法和培训内容,开发对中国区业务具有针对性的培训课程;

· 
协助上层领导制定年度、月度培训计划以及资金预算计划等,保证各项培训工作顺利完成;

· 
负责联系课程讲师,确定培训课程具体时间,向员工发送培训确认信,协助完成各类线上和线下培训,提升员工业务能力;

· 
完成其他上级领导安排的相关工作。

 

· 
Work with the Program Manager to identify all program requirements

· 
Identify participants and manage all communication with participants, including pre-work

· 
Communicate with instructors on the logistical arrangements and any instructor meetings that are required for the program

· 
Ensure high quality delivery of learning programs working with the Program Managers

· 
Manage the program administration to ensure quality program delivery

· 
Produce program logistics working with the program manager

· 
Ensure that the program is organized consistently in each of the locations

· 
Produce program evaluations and manage after program follow up

· 
Ensure that the program is registered on SF and that the participants' attendance on the course in correctly registered

· 
Monitor the program budget and highlight any potential budget overruns

· 
To arrange for lunches and hotels,, flights for courses to be conducted in another location

· 
To arrange for printing

· 
Answer questions raised by service line group administrators on registration and attendance swap and update registration lists

 

Skills and attributes for success

· 
Strong project management skills to manage the complex learning programs

· 
Presentation skills both oral and written in English and Mandarin

 

To qualify for the role you must have

· 
At least A-Level with strong administration background

· 
At least two year of relevant working experience

· 
Ability to provide pragmatic solutions to business needs

· 
Strong project management skills to manage the complex learning programs

· 
Presentation skills both oral and written in English and Mandarin

· 
Active listener with the ability to respond to and develop the ideas of others

· 
Excellent English Language skills

· 
Good sense of humor is a plus

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

· 
Training assistant working experience

· 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
