The position is for the team within EY’s BMC Agency and will be aligned to the Web Marketing competency. You will also support the deployment of EY’s digital marketing transformation program (Digital. Fast Forward.) to the regions.

In collaboration with relevant marketing teams, functional leaders and regional teams support:

·  Creation of .COM experiences
·  Activities around page building
·  Workflow and process management for requests
·  Help the teams develop high-impact ey.com presence  for internal and external audiences for the regional programs  (copy, video, infographics, etc.)
·  Publish content for the regional programs across internal and external channels and deployment across campaigns  
·  Support the publication, promotion and optimization of video content to digital video channels including EY.COM and EY’s YouTube channel.
·  Create, implement and govern an agile process around workflow and seamless service delivery.
·  Manage a team of ~ 30-page builders across regions and time zones to ensure seamless delivery
·  Identify areas of process transformation and automation to enhance the performance of the team
·  Help maintain the utilization and quality standards of the team  
·  Ensure that GDS operational and commercial KPIs are met
