ASEAN Procurement Supervising Associate (Indirect Procurement - HR, Marketing and Facilities/Workplace Services)

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Competence   

·  Procurement Market Activity – Fact find data and information for market activity.
·  Responsible for end to end procurement including developing strategy, contracting and ensuring successful implementation
·  Create documentation for contracts, RFPs, vendor records etc.
·  Support the development and implementation of procurement/category strategies designed to deliver significant cost and process efficiencies across specialist areas.
·  Vendor management and  vendor rationalization
·  Administrative support to Asean Leader and Extended Procurement Team
·  Identify cost savings opportunities
·  Financial analysis of spend

·  In depth knowledge of solftware applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Procurement and Finance Systems

  

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Substantial relevant experience in Procurement specifically in indirect categories such Talent/HR, Workplace Services and Marketing.
·  Good analytical skill, preferably with finance certification.
·  Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
·  Ability to communicate in either Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
