The opportunity

 

We are looking for capable individuals to join our team with experience in Knowledge Management Strategy and/ or operations. As a KM consultant, you will be helping organisations strategise and lead initiatives to achieve their knowledge management objectives. As part of a high-performing team, you will deliver exceptional client service – advising on how Knowledge Management with digitalisation contributes to performance improvement. 

 

 

Your key responsibilities

·  To provide project management and advisory services relating to Knowledge Management
·  To plan, develop, analyse and validate Knowledge Management initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

·  Possess strong interpersonal and teaming skills
·  Leverage technology to continually learn, improve service delivery and maintain our leading-edge best practices
·  Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
·  Track record in engaging stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments
·  Good verbal/ written communication skills

 

To qualify for the role you must have
·  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
·  Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Knowledge Management, project management
·  Able to effectively capture requirements, analyse and develop business requirements

Ideally, you’ll also have experience in the following areas

·  Experience in project/ program management and delivery lifecycle (e.g., requirements, analysis, design, build, test, deploy)
·  Experience in SharePoint
·  Experience in Information Technology (basic coding/ programming in Java and html, familiar with databases).
