DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France (2000 employees), leader in logistics, is recruiting a Business Information Analyst to support our customers and our operations in their development.

Our IT department offers global solutions to run our logistics and transport operations. As a Business Information Analyst, you will be responsible for designing & implementing these solutions, not only for the WMS perimeter, but also for all our IT strategy solutions. 

Your immediate responsibilities on hiring 

- Contribute to steering the IT solution development workstream for new implementations. Contribute to IT workstream planning and reporting.

- Analyze functional requirements by leading workshops & writing functional specifications.

- Contribute to the design or conceive the design of the technical solution, maintaining the right balance between operational needs and IT requirements: design of chosen parameterization, specification of interfaces, specification of specific developments.

- Present and obtain approval for projects from operational contacts and end customers

- Configure, test, document & implement the solution

- Train users, accompany UATs & support operations in the Go-live & Hypercare phases

- Design & actively contribute to solution improvement as part of our standardization agenda

- Promote & support digital transformation by simplifying the use of our tools

The position will report to the IT Projects Director for France.

Location: La Plaine Saint Denis (Headquarters) with +/- 50% travel to logistics warehouses. Teleworking agreement in place within the company.

Your profile

As part of a team on a human scale, you will work in an international and collaborative environment. With good communication skills and the ability to explain things in layman's terms, you enjoy being the link between customers, operations and the IT department.
