KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - LOMBARDY AND VENETO AREA

Essential requirements to apply:
- 5+ years KAM Sales background
- Fluent English both verbal and written (level : Higher Intermediate)
Additional requirements: your differential plus
- Microsoft Office skills (level: intermediate in Power Point and Excel)
- Search for opportunities according to the customer's perspective and influence their decisions, proposing solutions and strategies.

MAIN TASKS
- Formulate a sales plan that incorporates initiatives to identify and acquire new business prospects and maximize growth within your existing customer base.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets for assigned and newly acquired customers in accordance with commercial strategies and policies.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of potential and existing customers through building a strong relationship with customers to ensure their needs are recognized and met, guiding them towards the best solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with DHL's relevant departments to ensure their inquiries are handled appropriately.
- Develop knowledge of DHL's products/services and business activities in order to provide the best possible solutions to customers, taking a consultative approach.
- Manage the customer visit process, trade agreements to ensure that customer information is accurately maintained in the customer platform.
- Analyze and monitor customer data to measure customer performance.
- Collaborate both internally and within the customer's company to ensure that the guidelines established by DHL Express are followed and that the promises made to the customer are always kept.
