We are seeking an Data Analytics Manager to lead and manage business process designworkstream activities in the various LLP South West Europe, develop compilingpresentations and output reports to support design activities. Ensure that DHLdemonstrates innovation and generates opportunities to improve current andfuture business process design activities. Develop effective plans to improvedata analytics and performance management experience for the desired worksstreams. Managing and increasing the capabilities of business analytics team,through succession planning, development, coaching and training. Responsiblefor supporting IT team in terms of the database modelling & design,development & improvement of operational reporting structure.
Key Accountabilities
To coordinate and provide leadership to the businessanalytics team in order to maximize output on business process design
Create and model scenarios for current and future dataanalytics topics
Showing high multitasking ability to deal withmultiple projects at the same time
Provide input to Concept of Operations & Businesscases
Plans & manages the design and development withthe key stakeholders
Researches and anticipates customer & operationalperformance management structure
Support IT team very closely in terms of
-SQL Knowledge
-Database Modelling & Design
-Business Intelligence Tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
-Document Management and Storage Systems, i.e.Microsoft Sharepoint
-Automation tools, i.e. Microsoft Power Automate
Leading UAT (User Acceptance Test) processes for allSystems used within Operation
Requirements for the job
University degree preferably in Engineering discipline
Good knowledge of Office Tools & Advanced level ofMS Office (Excel)
Good command in Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft SharePointand Microsoft Power Automate
Clear understanding of DAX Measures, calculatedcolumns and creating data table relationships, is a must.
Good analytical and numerical skills
Good Project Management knowledge
Strong analytical skills, creativity & out of thebox thinking
Experienced in Business Process Design & Analysis
Experienced in Data Analysis & Analytics
Experienced in Performance Management - KPImethodology
Able to travel for abroad business trips
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentationskills
English fluent level
