We are looking for IT SUPER USER in Livraga who have the driveto improve IT process; is the first contact point for end users when strugglingwith company business applications and information systems or when support isneeded in order to resolve operational issues. Acts as a trouble-shooter andadvises on appropriate action with focus on shortest possible resolution time.

In this IT SUPER USER roleyou will:

• Support the colleagues in thedevelopment of solutions and startups of new customers or improvements orchange initiatives on existing processes;
• Manage JDA WMS and upcomingautomation picking solution and primary interface with IT;
• Know operational processes and localenvironment;
• Monitor of IT systems to ensurecontinuous run of WH operations, in case of issues contacts appropriateresolver group or supplier within IT organization or operations;
• Be able to diagnose the problem andidentify whether it can be solved at point of call or the incident needs to beescalated to an advanced or higher level of IT support according to agreedlocal processes and policies;
• Be the bridge between end users, ITSservice desk and BU IT department;

The ideal candidate hasthe following characteristics:

• English - Intermediate Level(written and spoken)
