We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Junior Financial Analyst   to join our dynamic Finance operations team supporting the  Plant-Based and First Diet categories . Based in  Brussels , you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, helping to drive operational efficiency and cost transparency across the factory. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

· 
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 

· 
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, analyzing trends, and preparing financial models 

· 
Perform variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and provide insights to management 

· 
Collaborate with various departments to collect and validate financial data 

· 
Maintain and improve financial dashboards and reporting tools 

· 
Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies 

· 
Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed 
About you

To be able to achieve the above, you have a relevant master’s Degree (business management, finance or engineering).

You speak English and have good communication skills with the power to collaborate efficiently with all functions, at all levels both internally and externally. We believe our ideal candidate also needs to be rigorous, independent and autonomous, have an analytical and critical mindset.  

 

· 
Finance degree, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 

· 
0–3 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable) 

· 
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling 

· 
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)  

· 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

· 
Strong communication 

· 
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment 

· 
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude 

· 
Speaks English, French & Dutch is a plus

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

·  You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
·  You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
·  You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
·  You have never done a V.I.E before.

 

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

·  There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
·  You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
·  Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
