Lead and manage the cleaning operations across the plant, ensuring compliance with Danone’s quality standards and protocols. You’ll foster a culture of hygiene, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our environment remains free from chemical and microbiological contamination.

ABOUT YOU - Mō Koe

Are you passionate about hygiene, quality, and making a real impact in a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Cleaning Program Lead to take charge of our production cleaning program and ensure our Auckland plant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Champion Danone’s HOPE values and SN Essentials (Safety, Quality, Compliance, Nature)
·  Coordinate and oversee plant cleaning to eliminate environmental contamination
·  Maintain and improve hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and equipment
·  Lead internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions
·  Develop and manage documentation, cleaning schedules, and protocols
·  Support and train cleaning and production teams
·  Analyze cleaning data and trends to drive improvements
·  Manage cleaning tools, consumables, and chemical procedures

Education

·  NCEA Level 3 or higher (Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology is a plus)

Experience

·  Experience in manufacturing or the food industry
·  Strong communication and teamwork skills
·  Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
·  Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
·  Ability to work in a dairy/infant formula production environment About Danone
