Apply now and join us as our next  Commodities Procurement Intern  at our office in Hoofddorp, NL, starting  September 2025 !

You will part of our  Cycles and Procurement Ingredients team , and will support senior buyers with day-to-day business, within the category of non-dairy commodities, such as sugar, cocoa, chocolate, oils and fats.

You will be fully involved and have real responsibilities within business processes, supplier performance’s evaluation, tracking implementation of corporate contracts, and generating and supporting productivity and optimization projects. You will also be involved in sustainability initiatives.

Your main tasks will include:

·  Support the Commodities team in forecast consolidation, volume allocation and contract creation
·  Support the Sustainability team in data collection, analysis and consolidation
·  Co-lead projects related to supplier and material approvals, productivity, and more! About you

You are a Bachelor or Master student  in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering,  or another related field. You are highly motivated and  proactive.  You have strong  communication skills  and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. You are a self-starter,  curious,  and you are not afraid to share your opinion or ask questions when needed. You have  proficient knowledge of Excel  that can be used for efficient  data analysis , and  analytical skills  to transform data into useful insights. Also, you are  eager to learn  and thrive in a dynamic environment that continuously challenges you.

 

Key requirements:

·  Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
·  Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
·  For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
·  Available to start in September 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
·  Fluent in English (spoken and written).
·  Able to work from our Hoofddorp office a few days per week. About Danone
