Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the  "Revenue Growth Management Manager"  Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

As a Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Senior PRGM Manager and will be a part of team.

 

The aim of job role is, maximizing revenue and profit of complex, set and deliver realistic commitments.

You will be a key member of the Danone team that leads the Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) agenda for all the category across Turkey.

 

 

 

Be responsible from the following requirements:

 

·  Drives value for Danone, our customers and shoppers through making insight led recommendations on our pack and pricing strategy across all Danone brands to optimize OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price and Channel)
·  Track & analyze mix trends regularly by category/segment and sub-channels so as to identify opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth
·  Working closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of revenue growth strategies and initiatives.
·  Support long term value creation and category growth through structured analysis
·  Responsible for channel and product based P&L analysis for all sales channels and product groups
·  Be part of the process of setting key initiatives supporting company priorities and PRGM opportunities definitions
·  Ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
·  Train cross-functional teams on the PRGM methodology and upscale them on PRGM priorities to grow the business profitably

About you

·  Bachelor degree from business administration, economics, or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus)
·  Excellent written and spoken English
·  Min. 5 years of controlling, sales finance, category development or RGM experience
·  Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
·  Solid analytical skills and high Finance knowledge
·  High attention to detail, drive for superior results
·  Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
·  High dedication, commitment, and flexibility
