The Media & Data Manager is a role within DStudio Team that holds the integrated communication expertise, being directly responsible for the media strategy and activation of the brand who is in charge. Also, the role is the responsible for leading Danone's consumer CRM and the entire environment it involves: data, websites and tools.

 

 

Your main responsabilities will be related to:

 

Media & Brands

·  Lead the media strategy, with focus on digital, of our brands and defining media planification and main partners to work with.
·  Provide integrated communication expertise to the brand and for the digital strategy leading the upper & mid funnel.
·  Work hand in hand with agencies and main partners to bring in more outstanding actions.
·  Strong connection with Marketing Managers to create complete and engaging marketing teams.
·  Media expertise: include strategy, plan approvals, optimizations, post campaign reporting, research and learning implementations.

 

CRM, Data & Retail media

·  Lead CRM loyalty program strategy.
·  Drive the data strategy of our brands leading our CRM program and defining our adTech operations systems: search engines, programatic ecosystems, marketing technology suites and the adoption of the new technologies into market (ie. Voice, AI).
·  Manage First Party Data Strategy for Spain.
·  Become the digital leader in mid and low funnel with strong connection with etrade and ebusiness team to  expand ecommerce and retail media opportunity in Danone.
·  Experience on SEM and SEO is a must.
·  Settlement of programmatic buying and main digital platforms.
·  Main contact between brand and CRM & SEO agency, media agency, social media agency and internal design agency.

About you

To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:

·  Education : University education.
·  Experience : Minimum 3 years of media/digital marketing experience such as social media marketing, content, influencers marketing and SEM. Experience designing and leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other inbound and outbound channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS, digital advertising). Experience with offline media is a plus.
·  Languages : Fluent Spanish and English.
·  Soft skills : Negotiation skills, highly organized and detailed oriented, analytical thinking, creative problem solving skills and able to manage a high work volume, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and high competence in project and stakeholder management.
