Role Purpose:


Develop always-on and campaign activities which achieve OKRs for Danone brands across PR / press coverage, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Tik Tok, Snap and Websites.


·  Support the development and activation of a connected social media, influencer and PR strategy for Danone UK&I.
·  Work with our PR agency to develop always-on and campaign activations that achieve brand OKRs across press coverage, social reach, share of voice, engagement, website traffic and conversion through Ecommerce or other targets.
·  Work with influencers to tailor their activities and ensure delivery on-time, on budget and to brief, with particular focus on compliance and alignment with our regulatory team.
·  Work with our search team to ensure that influencers and digital PR coverage drives traffic back to Danone websites or social media.
·  Ensure that best practice creative is being developed, tested and optimised across all key social media channels, including how paid media can support organic.
·  Ensure that we’re making the most of existing assets in our DAM and work with external partners like Meta, TikTok, VidMob and Vidzy to optimise creative for social media.
·  Work with our in-house production agency and social media team to develop content calendars for brands.


About you

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:



·  A Social Media and Influencer expert with a demonstrable ability to build and activate creative, impactful campaigns that  achieve brand growth targets in key media channels.
·  Know what makes a great social post and have detailed knowledge of crafting and optimising social content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
·  Skilled in in setting up livestreams on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook and demonstrable expertise using insight from analytics tools to increase engagement and growth.
·  Understand how best to drive referrals to our own app/website
·  Competency in utilising social media tracking and analysis tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc
·  Delivers powerful creative ideas, Unlocks the power of digital & media touchpoint.


·  Highly organised but agile and able to work in fast pace/ evolving context
·  Accountable & results driven, good stakeholder management at all levels.
